Prepare a clean and dry space for the decal. Peel the plastic backing off the decal. Place the decal as smoothly as possible, avoiding air bubbles the best you can. SLOWLY remove the plastic cover off the front of the decal. Do this step as smoothly and slowly as possible to avoid tearing of the decal.
